I bought a used car from their lead salesperson, Vernon, who was a great professional and a delight to work with. I neglected to check the AC before driving the car off the lot. I got home to find it blowing warm air. I called Vernon, who told me to bring the car in and they would take care of me. They checked the system for leaks (there were none) and filled up the freon - no extra charge. Now I am ready for the summer with my clean looking 2011 BMW 5 series. Thanks!
